Founded in 2000, Yossi Milo is a contemporary art gallery dedicated to championing artists whose work challenges conventions, advances artistic discourse, and offers new perspectives. Established with a focus on photography and works on paper, the gallery has expanded its program to encompass all media, supporting artists at every stage of their careers and introducing their work to international audiences and institutions.

The gallery’s program emphasizes artistic experimentation, distinctive approaches to process, and new ways of seeing.Over more than two decades, Yossi Milo has presented landmark exhibitions that introduced groundbreaking artists to international audiences, including Kohei Yoshiyuki’s The Park, Pieter Hugo’s The Hyena and Other Men, Takuma Nakahira’s Circulation: Date, Place, Events, and Alec Soth: Sleeping by the Mississippi, among others.

Today, the gallery’s multidisciplinary program brings together artists working across diverse materials, traditions, and conceptual approaches that expand the possibilities of their medium. From the paintings of Linus Borgo and Pierre Knop to Ibrahim Said’s sculptural ceramics, Cameron Welch’s intricate mosaics, and Shikeith’s multidisciplinary practice that moves between photography, sculpture, and installation, Yossi Milo presents work that challenges familiar ways of seeing and engages with contemporary cultural and artistic questions.

The gallery’s commitment to contemporary artistic discourse is also reflected in Intimacy, a multigenerational exhibition of more than seventy works exploring the legacy of HIV/AIDS and the evolution of queer artistic expression.

Yossi Milo also represents the estates of legendary photographers Ezra Stoller and Tim Hetherington, while maintaining longstanding relationships with artists including Meghann Riepenhoff and Alison Rossiter and supporting emerging talent such as conceptual artist Ritsart Gobyn.

The gallery continues to collaborate with leading publishers to produce books that introduce its artists’ practices to wider audiences. Its longstanding partnership with Radius Books has yielded acclaimed publications including Alison Rossiter’s Compendium 1898–1919 and Expired Paper; Meghann Riepenhoff’s Litoral Drift + Ecotone and Ice; Kohei Yoshiyuki’s The Park; and Cameron Welch’s first monograph, Mosaics.
