The Metropolitan Museum of Art has acquired Orit Hofshi's 2016 work, Quest. The work joins the Met's Department of Drawings and Prints, which contains over 1.2 million prints and 21,000 drawings. Quest continues Hoshi's interrogation of the relationship between human and landscape, allowing the vast and barren spaces depicted to illuminate more about the mental journeys of her figures over the particulars of their physical predicaments.
