Curator, writer, and producer Rose Issa will join Hassan Hajjaj, this year's In Focus Photographer of the Talyor Wessing Photo Portrait Prize, in coversation at the National Portrait Gallery in London, UK on Friday, February 23, 2024 at 7 PM (2 PM EST).
Together, the pair will discuss the importance of embedding Moroccan traditions in to UK culture and the London art scene over the past few decades. Hajjaj will share in depth about his photography practice, including sharing early work and expounding on his personal links to the people he photographs.
