Anegla Dufresne's painting Geoff Chadsey and Myself as Bowie and the Annoying Girlfriend in ‘The Man Who Fell to Earth’ (2009) is included in I'm a thousand different people—Every one is real, a group exhibition of recent acquisitions on view at the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art, New York, from March 15, 2024 through January 5, 2025. The exhibition takes its title from a drawing by artist and icon Candy darling, and beings together a plurality of queer and trans perspectives to create an intergenrational overview of LGBTQIA+ artworks.
