Ibrahim Said Acquired by Davidson College

Ibrahim Said's Uraeus 1  has been acquired by Davidson College's Van Every/Smith Galleries through their course Purchasing Art for Davidson College. Over the course of a semester, the students in this group collaborate on a selection of artworks from leading galleries to acquire for the college's collection. The newly acquired works will be shown in an exhibition at the end of the semester.
