Matthew Brandt at the Brunnier Art Museum

Work by Matthew Brandt, acquired by the University Museums, Iowa State University, is included in Landscape & Self-expression, on view at the Brunnier Art Museum from January 21 through July 26, 2025.

 

The  exhibition which explores the landscape as a personalized metaphor, using nature’s forms to reflect human emotions, diversity, and self-expression rather than idealized depictions of the natural world.
